What are the event hours and schedule?

The event begins at 7:00 AM PDT / 8:00 AM MDT / 9:00 AM CDT / 10:00 AM EDT.

Lunch Break: 11:30 AM PDT / 12:30 PM MDT / 1:30 PM CDT / 2:30 PM EDT (1-hour break).

Event Ends: 2:00 PM PDT / 3:00 PM MDT / 4:00 PM CDT / 5:00 PM EDT.

This schedule is designed to provide a balanced day filled with valuable learning, engaging activities, and a well-deserved break.

Do I need to prepare anything before the event?

Yes! After registration, you’ll receive an email with a link to provide information about your team, along with details on accessing the event and reviewing any necessary materials in advance.

What sort of technology do I need for this event, and how can I test it out?

After registering, you will receive an email with Dino’s personal recommendations for technology. Additionally, we will host a Tech Check Session on February 5th from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM MST. This session allows a member of your team to test all AV devices and become familiar with our online classroom.

A member of our team will guide the tech check, which typically takes about 15 minutes. This is a drop-in session, so you can join at a time that works best for you during the scheduled window.

How do I access the event?

After registering, you will receive an email with the link to join the event, along with detailed instructions on how to log in.

Can I invite a friend or colleague to join the event?
